Generate leads and make appointments. Potential employee will be responsible for making phone calls to home owners who may want to sell their homes. The employee will have a series of questions to ask the homeowner and fill out the lead sheet and submit it through company's software. Followups may be involved until the customer say "no". Able to deal with hearing "no" many times and not let it affect work quality.
