We are looking for IT professionals with Level 3 support experience and hands-on knowledge in the following areas:
- Customer service and a team player
- Troubleshoot methodically and efficiently
- Microsoft Azure IaaS
- Amazon AWS IaaS
- Exchange including Exchange Online
- Office 365 Setup and Administration
- SharePoint Online Setup and Administration
- Active Directory Administration including Group Policy Management
- Microsoft Windows Server administration & support
- Networking experience, e.g. configure and maintain firewalls, switches, routers with Sophos / Cyberoam / HP / Cisco network support a plus
- Backup technologies including Datto BCDR and StorageCraft technologies
- Virtualization: VMware & Hyper-V setup, administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with RMM. SolarWinds Remote Management is a plus
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus.
The role is Australian AEST timezone with a 9am start (6am Philippine time)
It is Fulltime - 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
