Seeking to hire International Real Estate Sales Manager/Team Lead

Attractive Remuneration Package, starting with USD$15,000 monthly excluding commission

You will be working with Australia's leading real estate developer remotely

- Primary role: To partner and connect with other International Real Estate Agencies and Agents.
- Hiring the right team members remotely
- Conducting training and workshops and providing mentoring and feedback remotely
- Delegating tasks and setting deadlines remotely
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day team operations
- Monitoring and reporting on progress and metrics
- No direct selling of real estate developments to investors required
