(Radio Access Network) RAN Optimization Engineer

The organization is looking for a full-time RAN Optimization Engineer (Engineering – Electronics/Communication), who will be providing consultation and technical support to our clients.

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Required skills:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies
• Ericsson/Huawei optimization experience is mandatory; other vendor (Nokia/ZTE) is a plus
• Previous experience as area owner, handling daily activities like KPIs monitoring and worst cells troubleshooting
• Parameters trials proposal, assessment & new SW features evaluation
• Various audits inc; parameters, neighbors, license and HW configurations and mapping
• Utilization and capacity studies including interfaces, hardware capabilities, radio resources, and signaling channels to manage network capacity
• Multi-Carrier strategy and multi-RAT interoperability for both CS and PS services
• Customers complaint handling and special events preparation
