In addition to standard facebook (building friends/fans) must know how to drive targeted FB traffic. The same applies to twitter. Plus building blog traffic, backlinks, etc. Video submission, article marketing and on. Your skills and knowledge will be tested prior to hiring by very senior social media person. So please be very experienced and knowledgeable on all aspects of social media marketing.
