Custom Paid Membership Site deign

I'm looking to create a paid membership site where I can host home videos for people and they can log in to view and download the files. Basically It should work like this:

1. I upload the videos for my customers
2. My customers are given a login and that gives them access to their videos (and only their videos)
3. Customers can view videos on computer and mobile (and Smart TV is that is possible) and download the files if they want to
4. Customers would be charged a monthly or annual fee and if they cancel, they lose access to the site.

I''m ok with using a service like Amazon to host the videos and wordpress (or similar) for the Upgrade to see actual info should be user friendly.

This may simply be a wordpress plugin or it may require extensive coding. I have no idea. I'm hoping one of you does.
