Operating on Eastern Standard Time, shifts available 7 days per week in the morning and evenings.

At Shadow, we help people help people. That’s why we’re building an app that reunites lost dogs and their families. We’ve already saved over 3000 lost dogs, but we intend to save thousands more. That’s where you come in. With your help, we can bring families back together and make the world a better place - for dogs and people both.

Experience
• 3 + years monitoring and reporting on phone calls and/or social media activity 

Skills
• Native fluency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
• Familiar with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) 

Role Responsibility and Tasks 
• Monitor written & audio communication on the platform for bad actors
• Monitor social media communication on company channels and conversation about the company
• Report data and flag concerns
• Maintain 100?curate records
