Hi there! I’m hiring a full time ninja designer right now to join our company.

I'm looking for a reliable and very skilled designer I can work with for long term.

• I'm running a tshirt apparel
• I have been starting my company 3 years ago
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an Israeli company Company located in the Israel.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Design new shirt designs every day.
• Design mockups and promotion posts.
• Design logos, banners.
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay on a weekly basis.
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
