PHP developer - Long term work - Multiple Projects

Hello, I'm looking for a PHP developer who will work with me long term on several different projects.

They must have good experience with Wordpress and ideally Woocommerce. The first task will involve working with Zammad helpdesk and its API.

I'm looking to get someone working very quickly and as part of your application I'd like you to answer a simple question:

- If I was to develop a wordpress plugin from scratch that had to interface with an external API, show information to an end user and allow a simple contact form to be used to interact with the API how long would it take you?
