Social Media Manager

I am looking for a social media VA who will start out doing some simple, repetitive tasks. Over time, you will learn and do new tasks and will grow professionally. For now, the tasks you will do are simple to learn but they are repetitive and can be boring. But this will be your job, and you must be okay with that.

Here is a list of platforms you will need to be comfortable with (I will train you):

* Facebook (simple, repetitive tasks)
* Google sheets (essentially, a spreadsheet to track progress)
* Daily email (simple)

I mention that the tasks are simple, but they need to be done in a very precise, excellent fashion. You must be someone who can follow directions and be accountable for your work every day.

This is a permanent position and, if everything goes well, you’ll be happily employed with me for years to come. Again, your responsibilities will change over time. If you run into challenges while working - it’s okay - just let me know how I can help.

YOUR TIME:
This is a full-time position, and you're expected to work 40 hours/week. This means that I expect you to dedicate yourself to this job and not try to have another part-time job with another employer. You don't have to work at EST schedule - just work at the convenience of your local time zone with flexible hours.

YOUR MONEY:
I pay on time and prefer PayPal. We’ll figure out a schedule to make sure you’re always paid on time. To make sure you’re paid, I’ll pay you weekly for the first two months, and then you’ll be paid once a month.

YOUR FUTURE:
Over time, you will have opportunities for growth in the company. As we make progress together, you should expect raises and bonuses.
