E-Commerce Customer Service Agent

We require a highly motivated, self reliant customer service representative to respond to customer questions on our e-commerce website for up to 12 hours per day. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of Woo Commerce or the Wordpress websites so they can do basic tasks e.g. check the status of a customer order.

Key Skills:
- Customer service experience
- E-Commerce experience (ideally some understanding of Woo Commerce or the Wordpress platform)
- Wide range of availability and able to reply within minutes to customer questions

This is the type of role that can be done from the comfort of your own home - all you need is a laptop. Sometimes you may be busy and other times very quiet but you would need to be ready to respond to a customers questions instantly.
