Qualifications:
Required to attend weekly team meeting on Saturday mornings.
Book prospective clients on sales calls from social media platforms such as
Results driven and is expected to maintain or exceed booking of 0.5 prospects per working hour, with an average close rate of 30% of prospects that attend sales calls.
With a high level of experience with Instagram,
Preferably with some experience in the fitness industry, but not mandatory.
Must have sales or customer service experience.
Must be able to rapidly pick-up and implement a specific communication style.
Must have flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.
Responsibilities include:
Engaging in the specified lead generation on all required social media platforms using scheduled hours.
Keeping a detailed record of prospects and performance.
Providing insightful feedback for continuous process improvement.
Implementation of new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Creating new leads from Instagram by messaging community members.
Following protocols as to booking, cancelling, or keeping calls.
