Hello,
I’m the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest and I need ongoing assistance with social media management and social media engagement for my clients at our agency. I’m currently preparing to onboard 2 new clients and I’m prepping to scale and grow my agency in the next year. I have some amazing client and I do the strategy for social media but I need a VA who has an incredibly STRONG understanding of all social media platforms so they can create the content (I’ll give copy and direction) and optimize the platforms to grow them. I’m a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with, so I like to give direct feedback to hep mentor as well.
I’m happy to offer incentives in pay, once the accounts show growth!
I would like to start a part-time role (20 hours a month) but if we can show success, I’ll move you full time ASAP. I want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only lucrative but fun for both of us.
Here’s a list of the required skills and responsibilities:
-Strong attention to detail (this is very important as we cannot have misspelled words)
-Ability to design in Canva and/or Adobe photoshop
-Strong understanding of
-Understands HootSuite, Later and Tailwind
-Can take direction and roll with the punches
-Flexible work hours in central time for me
Here are some additional skills that are preferred but not required:
-Ability to create GIF’s
-REFERENCES to show accounts
-YouTube and Pinterest knowledge
