JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently building up a company called qei.llc - this is a company which acts as a vehicle for a number of projects.

Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5-7 years of experience managing and running advertisements on social media for business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) marketing campaigns. We are seeking an Experienced Online/Digital Marketing Specialist. He/she will be responsible for optimizing and promoting the company’s brand and its products through Marketing Strategies and Online Presence. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced professional with a strong knowledge of online marketing strategies, content management, and distribution. Has the ability to translate the business goals into successful marketing campaigns and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. This is a a project-based position thus, short term. We need someone who is knowledgeable in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Intagram Ads, and the like. Knowledge about Upgrade to see actual info is a plus! SEO and GoogleAds experience is required.

A regular meeting with the company Principal and executive assistant will be done through skype as part of the essential growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
Produce the social media for our company to drive engagement; increase following; generate sales leads and newsletter signups; and build positive brand awareness and Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated success driving traffic, promoting engagement, and generating leads and newsletter signups

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Create online marketing strategies and campaigns that engage, inform and motivate target audiences
• Optimize and Promote Company’s Brand through Marketing Strategies and Online Presence
• Manage WordPress/Shopify, monitor website performance; optimize & drive Website traffic (AB/B testing)
• Publish & manage website content (i.e. articles/blogs, etc.)
• Create a landing pages for online marketing campaigns and manage web leads conversion.
• Manage all Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
• Train qei.llc personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have at least 5 Years experience in handling online/digital marketing campaigns (A/B Testing, inbound marketing, PPC)
• Proficient knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, FAcebook Ads, Upgrade to see actual info)
• High sense of ownership and capable of driving multiple parallel projects to successful completion
• Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, non-voice and/or display advertising campaigns
• Any Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any related field
