ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay twice per month (15th & 30th)
• We pay bonuses for great work and teammates who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every week you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 12 days over the entire year.
