Required:
Full-time position
Work 8 hours a day (M-F)
Available to work Mountain Standard Time (UTC-07:00)
Able to call Canadian landlines with excellent reception
Must have initiative, be able to problem-solve and work on multi-step projects
Prior customer service experience required
Excellent English skills
Superior writing skills

Customer Service
Outgoing calls to clients
Incoming calls from clients
Email correspondence

Marketing
Inbound and outbound calls to prospects
Set and confirm meetings

Market Research
Research industries, potential leads and competitors
Procurement and ordering for internal and client needs

Writing
Content creation and writing for website and reports
Business document creation
Procedure documentation

Data Entry
Entering invoices in Excel

Manage Online Calendar
Ensure calendar is up to date with appointments, meetings, etc.

Preferred:
Prior experience in sales/telemarketing
Prior experience in project management
