Graphic Design + Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented highly motivated, self-starter, creative individual with a passion for graphic design and marketing. Someone with real estate experience is a huge plus. Work approximately 40 hours a week remotely. You get to pick your best hours to work!

Responsibilities
Produce and implement all ads for Facebook...should be a Facebook pro
Develop agency team events and promote on social media channels
Market new listings, open houses and all team events
Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and company website
Thinks outside the box when delivering social media content
Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion
Keep website content fresh and current
Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
Create / re-design company brochures and marketing materials
Create complete back-end automated listing marketing materials
Brand promotional items
Create fliers and newsletter
Create expired / FSBO marketing
Create agents business cards, custom email signatures and Welcome email along with website posting
create custom web pages for new agents

Qualifications:
Tech savvy and ability to learn new technologies fast
Able to create innovative marketing concepts
Develop new concepts based on input
Adobe Suite and Publisher experience
Professional mannerism on the phone
Constantly pursuing new and improved creative solutions
Develops innovative forward design concepts
Must be well versed in "InDesign" and other graphic design platforms
Must have extensive Graphic Design experience

Compensation:
$4 - $5 per hour
