Designer for my Client's Facebook Ads

Hey Guys,

I am looking for a designer that specializes in Facebook Ads - we need some highly-converting designed ads that can be turned into a video.

Our clients have product-based creatives so all of the creatives that the client gave us are pictures of the product with a plain background, so therefore we're looking for someone below:

-Must have good grammar
-Must have experience in video editing and graphic designing
-Must have knowledge with designing Facebook ads (must show portfolio)
-Must turn these plain pictures into a highly converting video to improve conversions
-Must know about the 20% text rule within Facebook (the ad policy)
-You will be paid on a per month, per client basis ($150/mo)
