Philly Expediting is now hiring a virtual assistant to help with Sales and Administrative ---------- illy Expediting provides permit coordination services for commercial retail projects here in Philadelphia. We help our clients obtain the necessary permits for their project in a quick and efficient ---------- illy Expediting is on a mission to provide next-level client experiences combined with expert-level knowledge. We’re truly revolutionizing how permit expediting is done, and need hungry humans to join us on the mission.

A great candidate for this position has the following characteristics and traits:


Core Responsibilities:

- Has availability of 10 - 20 hours per week.
- Research, Identify and prospect for new leads.
- Schedule phone calls with the director of sales, with the leads that are connected with.
- Follow Our Sales Development process of researching, sourcing and outreach to potential leads.
- Follow our process of sending out email templates and make phone calls to follow up with potential leads.
- Update and utilize your “Job Scorecard” to ensure you are hitting sales goals, KPI’s, and you are happy, thriving, and growing in your role.
- Persistently communicate clearly and effectively with the director of sales to ensure we are always improving.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Has knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Has great communication skills and is able to call leads to schedule a meeting with our director of sales.
- Is able to easily qualify leads based on our ideal client avatar.
- Is able to present our company, what we do, and our values to prospects.
- Is able to customize email templates to fit the situation of the lead they are reaching out to.
- Is able to get creative with finding new ways to connect with prospects and get meetings scheduled.
- Truly loves talking and connecting with individuals daily.
- Take pride in completing difficult tasks that are put in their path.
- Able to execute without excuses.
- Strong technical skills: Can use technology to take notes, communicate, input data into a CRM, and organize documents.
- Can be respectfully aggressive to obtain results when needed and has experience handling objections.
- Has an open mind and enjoys helping implement systems to increase productivity.
- Is a self-starter. Doesn’t need constant management and can make decisions based on their intuition.
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and has the ability to report on these KPI’s
