We are a rapidly growing and experienced eCommerce company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.
This is a full-time home-based 40 hour/week position with overtime available as well. We pay monthly with PayPal, already successfully work with 5 permanent virtual employees (for more than 2 years), and always consistently pay on time.
WHO WE'RE SEEKING:
Candidate with impeccable English, US accent and an amazing persuasion ability to really help our customers, making them feel better about us and eventually make them update their negative review to positive review or remove it.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring our products reviews
• Call customers and change their opinion about us from 1 star to 5.
• Follow up with our customers until they are completely satisfied
• Responding to and contesting negative reviews
• Make a report and be measured by success rate
• Write and constantly improve call scripts, SMS and mail templates.
• Think always about new ways to reduce our negative review rate and improve our customer's experience.
• Overview of all our new reviews and open cases to Amazon customer support if needed.
