T-Shirt Graphic Designer

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for creative and talented graphic designers to join our print on demand team taking part in our t-shirt designing process.

What skills do you need to have?
• You are a creative and passionate designer that thinks out of the box
• You create the designs by yourself
• You have an unique and original portfolio of t-shirt designs with an excellent understanding of t-shirt illustration and typography
• You work precise and pay attention to details (quality is our criteria no. 1)
• You can work independently and without guidance
• You communicate your progress on a regular basis
• You have knowledge in trademark and copyright (You don’t use protected trademarks in designs)

What are your prospects?
• We will communicate in a very open and kind way
• We inspire each other with ideas
• We respect your time and effort put into the designs and are willing to negotiate depending on the project
• We are looking for a long-term partnership at eye level

In the beginning we will get to know each other and will pay for each design separately.
Once we are warmed up we will approach bigger projects that are paid as a package.
