Real estate Acquisition associate/manager

Very good confident English speaking acquisition associate who can do cold calling, lead generation, book keeping, appointment setting , list sorting. Must be able to complete task on time, follow scripts. Real estate experience preferred. I'm also looking someone who knows how to run comps and even negotiate the deal with the seller and get the house under contract and pitch it to the cash buyers.
