Hi there! I’m hiring an Image Editor (Lightroom) who is great with color, exposure adjustment and consistency.

ABOUT ME (Christian):
• I treat the people that work for me as sub contractors.
• After I train you, I will not be looking over your shoulder telling you what to do, you are responsible for you work. If I can not use your work then you do not get paid.
• I will train you in what I want for the job, but not in editing

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Edit large volumes of images
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week
• You can work whenever you want, but I do want a couple of hours of crossover time so we can spyke. I am on Eastern Standard Time


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus (prorated for how long you have worked for us)
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
