Customer Service Representative for Short-Term Property Management Company (Airbnb)

We are a short-term property management business (Airbnb, etc) seeking a customer service support representative.

Requirements:
- FLUENT written and spoken English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet connection, USB headset and also a reliable mobile smart phone with either a mobile service plan with data or a WiFi connection, because we use an app that requires either. The app works better with iPhone.
