We provide the best merch campaign options for medium to large influencers. We also support the creators with a marketing game plan and schedule specifically tailored to their content. This is a high-touch service but we know that it makes all the difference. Makeship is growing quickly and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this rocket!
What you will work on:
* Identify suitable creators to partner with through social platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok
* Make the first contact with creators through email and social outreach
* Facilitate the hand-off between interested creators and our creator partnerships team
* Work with the creator partnerships team to identify strategies for finding and approaching sought after creators

Typical Day:
Typical working hours: 5 pm to 1 am (Philippine Standard Time)
Task Breakdown:
*Researching new creators: 4-5 hours
* Admin (logging creators in HubSpot, organizing list of contacts): 45mins - 1hr
*Sending first touch emails: 1-2 hours
*Communicating with our creator partnerships team: 30mins - 1hr

Who we're looking for:
As a Business Development Representative at Makeship, you are going to be responsible for finding awesome up and coming talent with merchandising potential. You love to consume content online on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. You often find yourself binging videos on Netflix and are very familiar with pop culture trends. You’re hungry to prove yourself and take ownership of your work and you’re very results-driven. Wearing many hats and adapting to a fast-paced environment is exciting to you. You are also highly flexible and are willing to work during North American working hours..

Qualifications
*2+ years of experience in a business development role
*Highly proficient at written English
*An interest in the content creation space (you love social media personalities!)
*Entrepreneurial - you take ownership over your work and view it as more than a job
*Extraordinary listening, communication, and organizational skills
*Ability to use HubSpot or at least some CRM experience
