FULL TIME Virtual Assistant Position for Social Media Marketing, WordPress and general VA tasks working for an ESTABLISHED publishing company.

We are looking to add to our team of talented and creative personnel. Currently we require a full time, permanent VA to grow with our publishing company. We need someone who is looking for a long term position with advancement possibilities.

To be a qualified candidate, you MUST HAVE:
1. fluent English speaking and writing skills
2. excellent internet connection without frequent power outages (this is an online, work-from-home job)
3. ability to use MS Office tools
4. positive attitude and good work ethics
5. ability to work independently
6. resourcefulness
7. dedicated and reliable (you will need to provide a daily update of what you accomplished and use Timeproof)

Some of the skills that we are looking for:
1. social media account creation and marketing
2. working with WordPress
3. previous experience as a VA
4. internet research

Starting salary will be 12,000 – 15,000 Php/month (based on skills and experience). There is a standard 3 month probationary period. Salary will increase depending on performance plus quarterly bonuses after the 3rd month.
