JOB OVERVIEW

We are a short-term property management business (Airbnb, etc) seeking a supervisor/manager to oversee our customer service team and also our cleaning/housekeeping staff. Responsibilities will include:
- Daily oversight/management and training of our customer service staff
- Handling more difficult/sensitive customer service issues
- Scheduling and co-managing cleaning/housekeeping staff along
- Researching/locating new properties for us to host
- Additional responsibilities to be determined/assigned

Requirements:
- FLUENT written and spoken English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet connection, USB headset and also a reliable mobile smart phone with either a mobile service plan with data or a WiFi connection, because we use an app that requires either. The app works better with iPhone.
