LinkedIn Engagement & Lead Outreach (Hourly + Commission + Bonus) US Coaching Company

I am a career coach in the US who helps women create their dream careers. I'm starting to build my team and I'm looking for excellent English writers who can have a conversation with exciting and future clients on our LinkedIn platform (with the possibility of expanding to other social media platforms in the future).
Main objective is to engage with connections and book calls.

This is a position that has the potential to expand with the business as it grows.

Looking for:
- Someone who is great at keeping up with live conversation
- Someone who can connect with people
- Who has great English writing skills
- Able to express themselves well
- Follow Direction
- Attention to detail
- Are very responsive
- Likes to improve with feedback
- Needs little management

Familiarity with Excel or Google Spreadsheets a plus.

Hours: 15-20 Hours per week with potential to increase hours if it is a good fit
Rate: This is an hourly rate, commission, plus bonus (explained in interview)
