What’s the Job?

We’re looking for an appointment setter to setup appointments for leads onto the doctor’s schedule. Your hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-7pm US Central Standard Time i.e. 11pm-8am Manila Time. The pay range is USD $400-600 per month, depending on experience, and periodic salary increases will be provided as you mature in the position. You may be low on experience but should be easily coachable, energetic, organized, dependable, and have a solid work ethic. You will utilize our online tools for communication and scheduling to accomplish the following:

What Will You Do?
------------------------
• Follow-up with warm leads from our Facebook campaign via phone, SMS, and email and support the lead to schedule an appointment with the doctor
• Interact with prospects from Facebook Ads and Facebook Messenger and encourage them to visit us
• Appoint warm leads from Ground Marketing events onto the doctor’s schedule
• Follow-up with No-Show and Canceled appointments and reappoint them

• You are a fluent English speaker with an outgoing and friendly personality
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Appointment Setting and Outbound Sales Calling
• You are gritty and do not give up easily
• You are hungry for learning and growth opportunities
• You are organized and are able to complete tasks within time frame
• You are trustworthy and can follow-through on processes without oversight
• You are methodical and able to work with interruptions & manage multiple tasks
