Support Services Head

The Support Services head is responsible for the delivery of committed services to the business areas and the Commercial Division. The position manages the support team in its daily operations to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Commercial Division are met (Billed Volume, NRW Reduction Management, Customer Service, Key Accounts/VIP Management, A/R Reduction).
