JOB OVERVIEW

Company Profile: Established in Japan and has been known in BPO services for 25 years. 

Position: Korean Speaking Customer Helpdesk
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000- P 100,000 Basic Gross Salary (Negotiable)
Location:  Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Day shift, weekends off

Qualifications:
•Korean National proficient in English
•Filipino proficient in Korean 
•Graduates / undergraduate of any course
•Must be willing to work in Ortigas area
•Preferably 6 mos to 1 year working experience in customer service or equivalent
•Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
•Good written  and oral communications skills for both Korean and English

Job Duties:
•Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries 
•Answer inbound calls and email
•Complete daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner
•Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
•Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
•Identify and escalate issues appropriately
