Company profile: Business process outsourcing company that provides a wide array of Information technology solutions for various local and international companies

Position: Korean Client Support Associate
Industry: BPO-Online gaming company
Salary:
Non-Native: 70,000 - 100,000
Salary – Initial salary is 65k net PHP
Housing Allowance – 15k PHP NET
Meal Allowance – 6k PHP NET

Overall NET salary will be 86k PHP (AFTER TAX)
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule - Shifting Schedule
AM – 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
PM – 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
GY – 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

Requirements:
Korean national who can speak English Language
Customer service background is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in Makati City

Responsibilities:
Assisting Korean clients’ concerns through calls, chats and emails
Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Establish companies new market
Participate in developing strategies for company’s progress
Other tasks assigned by the Department head/Team Lead
