We are a Social Media Marketing agency located on the Central Coast of California. We are looking for a trustworthy, hard working dedicated Social Media Manager with experience in handling multiple Social Media Accounts in Facebook and Instagram. Must have strong skills in Instagram and Facebook. We are continuously growing and need a new amazing asset to our team. The job consists of Creating and Scheduling Posts, Stories and Engaging with audiences online throughout the different platforms by maintaining and responding to comments and messages as well as to the growing of their following online. Must work well with a team as you will be working with one daily and collaborating with our Graphic Designer and other Social Media Manager to create the most appealing timelines for our clients Social Media Accounts. Must have experience in Hootsuite as you will be using it to schedule posts regularly. Experience in Canva or some type of graphic design is preferred, you will required to use those skills for creating posts. Must be able to perform under pressure and handle multi-tasking as well. The job will originally be part time around 25 hours a week and then will eventually move to 40 hours depending on how things go. May be asked to work more than 25 hours if needed. Must be available for communication at any given time during work hours through Skype. Must be able to take direction and suggested input/orders. Our ideal candidate must be trust worthy and reliable. Having good character goes along way with our company. Must be able to speak, read and write efficiently in English. Must have strong organization skills to prioritize tasks accordingly. Working hours will be from around 1PM to 9PM PST. You'll have availability to grow within the company as well as the ability to gain bonuses. Important Holidays you get off as well. Paid training will be provided as well.
