Job Role: Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to work full time, 40 hours per week. The hours are Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 3.30pm (Philippines time).

Backbone Marketing is a New Zealand digital marketing company that provides our New Zealand clients with digital marketing services. We require a Lead Generation Specialist with excellent written English and is competent using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google.

We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, process oriented and is keen to learn new skills. You will have excellent written english and be able to spot spelling and grammar mistakes. This job will suit someone who enjoys making sure things are done the right way and doesn’t mind sitting at a computer for the whole day.

The position will be subject to a 3 month probationary period, followed by a possible pay increase. Long-term job opportunity with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and grow with our company!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Using LinkedIn to run prospecting/lead generation campaigns for our clients and our internal team *this will be the number one focus*
* Scheduling social media content on Facebook including posts, videos, images and links.
* Posting articles and videos to LinkedIn including uploading copy, uploading images and correct formatting of articles.
* Check links are working correctly and sending people to the right URLs.
* Create reports using screen-capture software.
* Complete search-based research on companies and digital marketing topics.

QUALIFICATIONS / ABOUT YOU
* Excellent written & oral communication skills
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience
* Good understanding of basic social media and marketing principles
* High attention to detail and following processes
* Good competency in Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Chrome
* Passionate about learning and improving your skills
* Must have high speed Internet capable of making online zoom calls
