Wordpress Designer/Developer

I run a website agency in California, and am looking for someone who can assist in designing and developing new Wordpress websites. Typically, I get all the information from a client on their preferences and needs, and I am looking for somebody who is reliable and detail oriented who can make design mock-ups in Illustrator, and build the website using Wordpress.
