Looking to hire a WordPress developer long term basis

Looking to hire a WordPress developer long term basis for my projects.

1) Only efficient freelancers/individuals. No Agency, please.

2) No upfront would be paid. Will pay after completion of each job/task/project

3) The project type would be from short fixing to develop a site from scratch

4) If there is no update within 24 hrs of allocating a job, the job will be retracted from the developer and will be given to my other developer. In that case, there would be no payment made for that job.
