AFFILIATE MANAGER NEEDED - HOMEBASED AND OFFICE BASED (Clark, Pampanga)

Job Description:
Your main responsibility is to develop and execute affiliate marketing programs for our Company. We are launching a brand new fashion based website and require a motivated and hard working person to work with us to launch our affiliate programs in the UK, USA and the Australia.

If you have a proven affiliate marketing background (experience with LINKSHARE is a huge plus!), able to drive profitable growth, deliver strategic analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, then this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Hands-on experience managing best in class affiliate network solutions while maximizing ROI – experience in Linkshare is an advantage!
· Ability to forecast and manage daily, weekly and monthly leads, opportunity, acquisition, revenues and cost.
· Strengthen partnership with our top affiliates while cultivating relationships with new, up and coming partners. Negotiate improved presence on affiliate sites and within other marketing vehicles.
· Monitor affiliate day-to-day activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate ROI.
· Develop and execute strategies to recruit targeted affiliates and grow the contribution of active affiliates.
· Report weekly results on key business metrics and identifying opportunities to maximize performance.
· Keep abreast of competition; competitive issues, products and performance based marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills:

· 3-5 years of Online Marketing skills and experience
· Knowledge of affiliate landscape and current digital industry trends
· Strong planning and project management skills
· Strong organizational and analytic skills with excellent fiscal responsibility
· Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent written, oral communication and project management skills
· Proven ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external partners
