JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Engagement Manager who will fuel customer interaction and advocacy in all online spaces. The community engagement manager will grow Dallas Shirt Printing social media followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional written and oral communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a “people person” with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

You should have command of best practices and trends in social media and content marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest and potentially additional channels
• Create timely and engaging shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links
. • Develop a weekly image/asset request list for social marketing purposes
• Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us.
• Moderate comments company-sponsored social platforms, and as needed on the company blog
. • Monitor sites for customer services opportunities and initiate conversations when appropriate.
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Escalate questions/comments to appropriate team(s)
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success, ranging from Twitter chats, to Facebook Live Q&As, to Instagram Stories, as well as the content and links posted through these and other channels
. • Create weekly reporting on social performance including interactions, Facebook Insights, best posts/tweets, and highlights of important comments/questions.
• Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience.
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence to Upgrade to see actual info
. • Stay current with social media and content marketing trends and tools by attending educational events, reading blogs, listening to podcasts, etc.
• Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers.
