Superstar VA / social Media Manager

TLDR: Homegrounds.co - an online coffee community, is looking for a superstart VA to help grow our social media channels (mainly Pinterest and Instagram)

SUMMARY:

We are looking to bring on a superstar VA / social media manager to our team.

The role will be 100% location independent, allowing you to live anywhere in the world! This is also a great opportunity for you to work with a fast growing media company and learn the in's and out's of the online business world along the ---------- order for us grow Home Grounds into a brand we need to increase our presence on Instagram and Pinterest in order to grow relevant followers, and send traffic back to our website.

This is an entry level role. You don't need to be a social media expert, but you must be passionate about social media, and willing to learn.

YOUR 3 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

1) Increase traffic to our website through social media (mainly Pinterest and Instagram)
2) Increase relevant Pinterest and Instagram followers through community engagement.
3) Promote our newly published blog content through social media channels.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Must-have job requirements:

- 1+ years experience in a VA role.
- An understanding of Pinterest and Instagram as platforms. Ideally, you're a daily, personal user of each.
- Great English skills. You'll be writing social media descriptions yourself, therefore your English language skills must be strong.
- A true coffee enthusiast
- High levels of attention to detail. “How you do anything is how you do everything” - this is maxim we believe in. Reject ---------- must pain you to see things done poorly. Somewhere in your application insert the sentence 'I have extremely high attention to detail, buddy'.
- No other employment contracts - this is not a 'side-hustle', you must be free to commit full time hours to this ---------- moonlighting.

Nice-to-have job requirements (not required; but welcome):

- An understanding of SEO concepts.
- Design skills using Canva and/or Photoshop.
- Automation wizard (eg Zapier)
