JOB OVERVIEW

I work in the tech startup industry in Switzerland. More specifically, my company ---------- is a venture builder that helps entrepreneurs build their companies and helps corporates learn how to innovate like one.

As I have a lot of things to juggle on a daily basis, I'm looking for a great personal assistant that can help me offload some of the tasks. This person will need to be an excellent copyrighter as a lot of the tasks have to do with writing. Ideally, the person has some understanding of the tech/startup world and how it works, if they don't they need to be fast learners.

I'm very willing to invest in a long-term relationship (two way, where I also teach) if I notice the person has the qualities above and is a reliable asset - So this could also be a very interesting opportunity for you as well to learn about a very exciting industry and how it works (venture capital, startups, venture building, startup events, coworking, innovation, etc).

That said, the support I need varies from normal virtual assistant tasks (bookings, e-mail responses, scheduling meetings & scouting for events, keeping my network and contacts engaged, etc) to copyrighting (helping write content such as pitch-decks, articles, websites content, presentations for my company) and also very important helping build my personal brand (online through social media, creating graphics for posts I make, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram captions, etc).

The wage/salary I posted is up to negotiation and I'm willing to discuss further if along the line the person proves to be a valuable asset and can easily undertake and execute the tasks, and perhaps even, make suggestion on their own behalf (hence why I call the position side-kick, more than just a virtual assistant).
