Position Overview
This position’s primary focus is to create an organized and supportive environment for our team and our business as a whole. The role is also a support role for our founder, to help her stay organized and on task as she creates new content (both paid and free) to support her customers and potential customers.
This role is work-from-home as well as phone/video-call collaboration.
This is a part-time position that reports directly to our Integrator, while also working closely with other key members of the team.
This is a virtual position and it isn’t always isn’t a 9-5 job. This position involves working some evenings and weekends, and at times, responding to team members outside of work hours. Also, because our business uses an online launching business model, a few times per year there will be the need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends preparing for program launches.
Duties and Responsibilities
Our Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ongoing support for our business and our team. You will:
Create social media calendar
Schedule and post real-time social media posts
Basic management of blog
Format and publish weekly content
Have weekly content transcribed
Research topics relevant to my niche for future content inspiration.
Prepare and set up weekly
If you have experience in the following areas, it’s a PLUS!
You have experience with Kajabi
You have participated in any of Amy Porterfield’s programs, including: Digital Course Academy and List Builder’s Society
You have experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar), Dropbox, Asana and Whatsapp.

What We Do
We take pride in helping large organisations communicate with images. Live Illustration is an up-and-coming market, and Katie Chappell is one of the UK’s leading live illustration artists.
As well as live illustration, Katie Chappell publishes weekly content for other illustrators and creatives.
The Good Ship Illustration is launching courses for online creatives soon, so a lot of our time and effort will be put towards content creation, transcription and more.
2 Hours per week required. More hours in future if work is done to a high standard.
