We are looking for a remote worker to monitor and apply fixes to our Amazon account on a daily basis.
We run a mature account with over 3000 SKUs across 6 marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES and US) with products and listing that are up to 7 years old. As a result of the scale of our account and age of our product listings, we find that we suffer regular and unpredictable content issues, often created by Amazon’s internal systems. The issues you will need to learn to fix include:
• Titles being changed by Amazon on listings
• Child ASINs split out from multi-variation listings
• Reviews being limited
• Size names changed/order messed up due to Amazon normalising
• Merged ASINs within listing (where we have boys and mens sizes on one listing)
• Images being replaced by Amazon making them incorrect or not zoomable
• + more
Overall, monitoring and fixing these issues costs us about 2 full days or 16 hours per week.
These types of issues seem often to be related to the age of our account and listings that have undergone many updates over the years, so are not common ‘Amazon issues’. Therefore, we believe there will need to be a reasonable period of training in order to hand over the tasks. We have written SOPs for the majority of these already and plan to add video guides as well to make this handover easier.
The ideal prerequisites for the candidate are:
• Existing knowledge of Amazon and working within Seller Central
• Good English writing skills
• Able to monitor account for issues for at least 1 hour per day and respond to urgent issues immediately (hours will be spread out over days)
• Total time per week approx. 16 hours, rising to more as we build trust and see results
