Looking For Photoshop + CSS Designer

This is an offer for a long-term job of 20 hours/week. I am looking for someone who wants a long term job with the same employer. If you do well, you can be upgraded to 40 hours a week (optional).

I need someone who can make both very simple mobile responsive landing pages and also small animated banners (320x50).

The type of ADs I make are animated GIFs. You will be providing me with a .GIF as well as the .PSD source files. Here are some examples of sample ADs I have used in the past:

Hours:

I am looking for someone to start work at or around 9am-1pm Philippines time and work for 3-4 hours. This job can optionally be upgraded to full-time after a 3 month performance review.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is $250/month now and will get at least $500 if you become full time in the future. You get paid Filipino holidays and 2 paid sick days a year + 13th month paid.

Every 3 months you are eligible for a raise and/or bonus based on performance.
