VA Needed for Instagram Influencer Outreach Tasks (Full-Time, Work-From Home)

Who We Are

We are a US E-commerce company based in New York. Our products are designed to simplify daily beard grooming needs through innovative tools and natural organic materials. We are experiencing hyper-growth, having tripled in size over the last 12 months, and are in the process of launching new, innovative products on Amazon and Shopify.

As we start upgrading our marketing efforts, we will be needing the help of an awesome rockstar Virtual Assistant. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, has a passion for constant learning, and can pick-up knowledge fast and apply it with ease!

What You’ll Do

The Virtual Assistant will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to implement the necessary steps for reaching out and managing Instagram influencers. He/She will be trained with the entire process of Instagram Marketing and his/her specific role in the process, which is to research, reach out, and manage influencers that can help promote and grow our social media following. The key responsibilities include the following:

? Research up to thousands of influencers on IG we can reach out to.
? Send out initial direct messages to 50-100 influencers per day on Instagram to introduce our product and our intention of working with them.
? Ensure that all data gathered through activities under the umbrella of influencer marketing are gathered and recorded in an organized manner.
? Follow-up influencers about their end of the bargain after fulfilling ours.
? Communicate with our pool of influencers to ensure that they are well-treated and compensated.
? Engage with social media followers, comment moderations across all platforms.
? Customer Service for Emails and Calls.
? Basic Data Entry for Requests.

Requirements & Qualifications

The applicant for this position must have the following requirements and & qualifications.

? Qualifications
? Good copywriting and sales writing skills.
? Possesses organizational skills.
? Intermediate knowledge in using or willingness to learn tools such as Google Drive, Later, and other management and automation tools.
? A sociable and pleasing personality in order to communicate with our influencer partners.
? Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
? Strong attention to detail to ensure a smooth relationship with influencers.
? Ability to take direction and work harmoniously with a team.
? Requirements
? A fast internet connection with at least a speed of 3 MBps.
? A bachelor’s degree in any marketing related course is a plus.
? A PC with high enough specs to accommodate the installation of tools and apps needed for the tasks.
? Monday to Friday (4am to 1pm, your local time) (40 hrs / week) (Need to use time tracker).
? Willing to work extra 0.5-1hr a day during weekend.
