We are a specialized leather backpack brand that specializes in selling leather backpacks to customers in United States. We make 6 figures a month in revenue and are looking to scale to 7 figures in 2020. We are a growing brand that is looking to take on an employee that is passionate about customer service. The job will entail performing the following tasks through the day:
1. Customer service (replying customer inquiries via

The assistant should have the following qualities:
1. Proficient in English
2. Fast typing skills
3. Must have access to a laptop and internet
4. Must have previous customer service experience including replying
4. Experience with Shopify and Oberlo is an asset
