**Experience**

Previous work with online marketing and sales platforms in the United States preferred. Experience with direct customer interaction and conflict resolution a must. Also prefer experience with accounting, bookkeeping or accounts receivable.

**Job Duties**

Reply to emails from customers and advisors promptly, respond to social media messaging, and help update online records for human resources and accounts receivable. Some video transcription in English language. Update current contracts and advisor status. Maintain records on customer orders and assist advisors with follow-up. Tasks vary daily as the business expands, however, these are examples of a few of the daily tasks.

Med School Insiders started as a YouTube channel in October of Upgrade to see actual info grew rapidly, starting from scratch (with no other social media presence to launch from) to 100,000 subscribers in 5 months and over 200,000 subscribers in 11 months, making it the fastest growing channel of its kind ever made. The channel provides animated educational content focused on guiding pre-medical and medical students towards living more effective lives, both inside and outside of the classroom.

On a second channel we do have a unique series called A Day in the Life, where we highlight the life of a medical student, resident, or attending and who viewers what their lives look like.

Our blog is where we publish regular articles that are targeted at helping pre-medical and medical students. These posts often go in greater detail than what we can show in a YouTube video.

The most recent addition to the Med School Insiders are Courses and Services.

Courses are online only and include extensive guidance on how to get into medical school, how to ace the medical school or residency interview, etc. Courses are usually offered at a cheaper price point and do NOT include 1-on-1 Upgrade to see actual info, on the other hand, are 1-on-1 with our Insiders (you) and are divided into either Admissions Consulting (for medical school or residency) or Tutoring.
