• Responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial reports
• Must be able to handle accounts payable and receivable, maintain records of business costs, labor, material, utilities
• Payroll processing
• Prepare business statements and Income Tax Returns
• Check invoices for inaccuracies, reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Handle general account inquiries and contact clients about invoices that are nearing and past due
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
