Wordpress Content Writer

Hi,

Thanks for taking a look at my WordPress Content Writing opportunity. This is a part-time position - around 20 hours weekly, with the opportunity to become full-time in the future.

I am an online entrepreneur looking for a part-time writer, to assist me with the following key tasks and other smaller jobs:

-----> Researching for content ideas & target keywords
-----> Writing information and product review posts for WordPress blogs.
--- I have two blogs:
-- My main blog is based around gardening and yard care, so your job will be to write two articles per week for this blog. They will be a mix of reviews of gardening equipment and information posts based on or around gardening and yardcare. I will provide the topics to write about and products to review.
-- My second blog is on SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder (when people feel depressed during the shorter winter days and more cheerful and energetic during the brightness of spring and summer). For this blog I would expect you to write one article per week - some weeks it will be an informational post and other weeks it might be a product review. Again I will provide the topics to write about and products to review

Required skills:
- Excellent written English
- Attention to detail - when applying for this position, please start with ‘Hola Steve’
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally through email.
- Resourceful - The ability to find different resources and get things done
- Wordpress (basic) posting of articles, simple formatting
- Keyword research - Knowing how to find good target keywords to rank blog posts
- Basic editing of photos using Photoshop or an online editor like pixlr or Canva (to add simple texts for blog post featured images).

Desirable but not essential:
- SEO skills (Training will be provided.)

Looking to hire and start training immediately.
