Job Description:

We are looking to hire a real estate cold caller to our team. Your job will be to make as many outbound phone calls each day to try and generate potential good leads for us. You will be required to make over 500 calls per day on the autodialer Mojo in which we would like if you were familiar with. If you are not that is ok we can train you to use it.

Required skills include the following:

? Must have perfect English-speaking skills! (No exceptions)
? Must be able to use Google drive and google sheets / Excel
? MUST have prior phone sales experience and understand how to handle objections / rebuttals
? Must be a sales type person, very aggressive and pushy. Great talking to people, building rapport.
? Must have an aggressive and hungry desire to make sales and create great leads
? You do need to have a Real Estate background.
? Must be willing to learn and be taught how to sell better.

PAY: $250 per month + $150 for each lead you generate that turn into sales. Pay increase to $500 + Commission after 6 months of consistent lead generation.
