Honest, dependable, hardworking, extremely detailed oriented, willing to learn and adapt quickly to changes, familiar with CRM, multi- task oriented person and organize, and marketing experience is a bonus.

Requirements: Asana, Gmail, MS Office, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Adobe, Zoom, Dropbox, Gotomeeting, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and other web-based tools knowledge.

Main duties: Lead Management, Appointment Setter, Data Entry, Tracking Calls - NO Cold Calls Coordinate Buy / Sell Transactions, MLS Listing, Managing company schedule and deadlines.

Hours of work: Part time - 6-9pm Monday-Friday, 1-4pm on Saturday / day (USA Central Time)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: To qualify, an applicant must have the following technical requirements:
- A laptop/desktop running in WINDOWS 7, MAC IS/X or Linux
- Operating system with at least intel Core I3 processor and at least 4GB RAM memory
- Primary and backup internet running on 5mbps plan or higher
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation Feature
- A quite work environment
- 1 or more year of experience in Quickbooks is a plus
